Promotions Galore! Kicking Off 2026 With Exciting Milestones

We’re thrilled to share some exciting career milestones for our hardworking team! Please join us in congratulating Brendan Gallo, Daniel Gallo, Steve Santay, Brenda Delgado, Robert Braun, Isabella Pennebaker, Mike Handke, and Dan Cashmore on their recent promotions.

Brendan Gallo → Project Engineer II
Brendan first joined Redmond as an intern before starting full time as an Estimating Coordinator and later transitioning to the Project Team. His strong work ethic and background in preconstruction have allowed him to excel in his role as a Project Engineer.

Daniel Gallo → Project Manager I
Daniel brings nearly a decade of commercial construction experience and has played a critical role in Redmond’s Denver office since its opening. He has successfully delivered some of Redmond’s most notable Denver projects to date.

Stephen Santay → Project Manager II
Throughout his time at Redmond, Steve has managed a diverse range of projects while building strong client relationships. His deep understanding of project management has contributed to the successful completion of some of Redmond’s most complex projects.

Brenda Delgado → Finance Manager
Brenda joined Redmond four years ago as a Project Accountant and has consistently excelled through her organized, detail-oriented approach. As she steps into a corporate finance role, she continues to strengthen Redmond’s financial operations.

Robert Braun → Director of Finance & Operations
Over his 10 years at Redmond, Robert has held a variety of roles across the organization. He now leads the firm’s financial and operational strategy, leveraging his experience in both field and office functions to enhance Redmond’s profitability.

Isabella Pennebaker → Marketing Manager
Isabella joined Redmond as an intern in 2023 before starting full time as Marketing Coordinator. She spearheads Redmond’s marketing efforts, leading the proposal process as well as all photography and digital marketing initiatives.

Mike Handke – Field & Warehouse Manager
Mike plays a critical role in keeping Redmond’s projects moving by overseeing field logistics, warehouse operations, and equipment coordination across job sites. His leadership ensures crews have the materials, tools, and support they need to work safely, efficiently, and on schedule.

Dan Cashmore – Senior Superintendent
Dan brings more than 20 years of construction industry experience, managing complex interior projects across a variety of markets. His proven leadership fosters collaboration and teamwork, helping teams deliver projects safely and efficiently.
