Construction Underway for St. John Paul II High School’s New Campus in Northern Colorado

Redmond is proud to announce its role in converting a former elementary school into a new campus for St. John Paul II High School. Founded in 2020, the school is the first and only Catholic high school in the northern region of the state. The new campus marks a major milestone for the community, providing St. John Paul II High School with its first permanent facility.

Located in Loveland, the new campus sits at the site of a former elementary school and will feature modernized classrooms alongside various specialized spaces designed to enrich the learning experience. Highlights include an upgraded chapel, new science lab, art room, performance space, and library, as well as enhanced entry and security features.

For Redmond, this project underscores our commitment to community-focused and purpose-driven spaces. The conversion of the facility into a fully functioning high school will not only provide state-of-the-art educational spaces, but also strengthen opportunities for families across the region. Once complete, the school will serve students in grades 9–12, with a wide range of academic and extracurricular programs.

We are proud to partner with St. John Paul II, The Archdiocese of Denver, Fitzmartin Consulting, Hauser Architects, and Peak Engineering as we bring this important project to life.
