Mike joined Redmond with a background in management and operations, and with experience managing crews and deliveries.

As Warehouse Manager, Mike manages the inventory of tools, materials, and equipment needed for daily use across all Redmond construction sites. He coordinates deliveries from the warehouse to various construction sites, and leads the development and rollout of inventory tracking and ordering system to improve communication and visibility across the warehouse and all job sites.
