Brendan initially joined Team Redmond as an Estimating Coordinator before transitioning to the Project Team. He boasts strong problem solving skills and expertise of the commercial construction industry from a field perspective. His foundation in estimating prepared him for his role as Project Engineer, preparing detailed budgets for a range of project types and developing strong relationships with trade partners, architects, and engineers.

Brendan is a senior at Northeastern Illinois University where he studies finance. Prior to joining full-time, Brendan worked as a laborer and warehouse driver for Redmond for five years, providing on-site support for Redmond’s active projects across Chicago.
