Redmond was founded in Chicago in 2013 as a commercial general contractor focused on tenant improvement and landlord redevelopment projects. Our Chicago team has grown exponentially over the years, and we are proud to partner with the city's most renowned commercial real estate professionals, architecture and design firms, clients, and corporations.

Redmond expanded to Denver in 2022 to build on the momentum of our growth and leverage our workplace, healthcare and lab & life science expertise. Our talented Denver team has more than 80 years of combined experience in the commercial construction industry and brings the expertise and energy necessary to continue to build in this burgeoning market.

Philanthropy & Giving Back
We founded the Redmond Foundation in 2017 to expand access to education and careers in the architecture, engineering, and construction industry in Chicago. To date, we’ve donated more than $150,000 to City Colleges of Chicago and Chicago Public Schools with the goal of reducing barriers to entry across the industry for women and people of color. In addition, Redmond supports various organizations annually including the American Cancer Society, Lurie’s Children’s Hospital, Habitat for Humanity, Female Strong, Greater Chicago Food Depository, Save-a-Pet, Make-a-Wish, Open Heart Magic, and City of Hope.
