Redmond was founded in 2013 as a commercial general contractor focused on tenant improvement and landlord redevelopment projects. Our firm has grown exponentially over the years, and we are proud to partner with the city's most renowned commercial real estate professionals, architecture and design firms, clients, and corporations.

Philanthropy & Giving Back
We founded the Redmond Foundation in 2017 to expand access to education and careers in the architecture, engineering, and construction industry in Chicago. To date, we’ve donated more than $150,000 to City Colleges of Chicago and Chicago Public Schools with the goal of reducing barriers to entry across the industry for women and people of color. In addition, Redmond supports various organizations annually including the American Cancer Society, Lurie’s Children’s Hospital, Habitat for Humanity, Female Strong, Greater Chicago Food Depository, Save-a-Pet, Make-a-Wish, Open Heart Magic, and City of Hope.
