Dillon joins us with a background in real estate development, Dillon brings  experience across tenant and capital improvement projects, managing construction from lease negotiation and preconstruction through occupancy. With a client-focused approach, Dillon brings a well-rounded perspective that will ensure alignment between operational requirements and project execution.

Viviana joins the team with  a strong foundation in estimating, having prepared cost estimates upwards of $400 million for commercial, healthcare, residential, and federal projects. She has supported many notable projects, such as Lathrop Homes in Chicago and the VA American Lake Outpatient Medical Facility. With a detail-oriented approach and strong technical knowledge, Viviana brings a critical  perspective to the Redmond team.
