Redmond Expands Portfolio at The Bell with 65,000 SF Premier Law Firm Buildout
Redmond is excited to announce the completion of another project at The Bell for a prominent global law firm delivered in partnership with NELSON Worldwide, IMEG, and Gardiner and Theobald. Expanding Redmond’s portfolio at The Bell, we take immense pride in delivering high-end, quality buildouts in this historic Chicago landmark , leveraging our deep expertise within the property.
Spanning three floors, the space was thoughtfully designed to support growth and create an elevated experience for clients and staff alike.The client facing reception floor is amenity-rich, featuring expansive multipurpose rooms, collaborative areas, and a guest bar, fostering a welcoming and hospitality-forward client experience.
The remaining floors feature over 120 private offices, huddle rooms, a specialty case room, and bespoke cafes throughout to support staff needs. The layout easily accommodates various workstyles creating a flexible, comfortable work space.
