Doris Collins → Senior Project Accountant
Doris joined Redmond just 8 months ago, bringing extensive knowledge and 20 years of accounting experience to the team. Her expertise has enabled her to excel quickly in her role and become a trusted mentor to the team.

Xiao He → Project Engineer II
Xiao first joined Redmond as a Project Engineer Intern before joining full time. Her attention to detail and willingness to learn new processes  has allowed her to excel as a Project Engineer.  

Juan Melendez → Project Engineer II
Juan also first joined Redmond as an Estimating Intern before returning to join full time. His foundation in cost management and existing trade partner relationships have  given him an edge in his role as a Project Engineer, helping to deliver complex projects with efficiency.
