Please join us in welcoming Tyler, Matt, and Zak to Team Redmond!

Tyler joins Redmond as Project Manager II, bringing extensive experience in operations and project management across a variety of sectors. He has delivered retail, public housing, and tenant improvement projects throughout Illinois and across the country. Notably, Tyler managed the buildout of a subsidized living facility, transforming a former motel into a 55-unit transitional housing community.

Zak joins Redmond as Project Manager I, bringing nearly a decade of experience in the commercial construction industry. Having worked with notable clients including Sterling Bay, Grainger, Google, White & Case, and Bank of America, Zak brings a detail-oriented and client-focused approach to every project. His proven ability to identify project needs and develop creative solutions makes him a valuable addition to the team, and we’re excited to welcome him back to Redmond.

Matt joins Redmond as Superintendent I, bringing deep field knowledge of buildouts  across the financial sector, including projects  for notable clients such as Bank of America and Wintrust. Organized and dependable, Matt brings a detail-oriented approach to the field and will play a critical role in keeping projects running safely, efficiently, and on schedule
