Giacomo joined Redmond in 2020 and has led some of the company’s most complex and high-profile projects, building trusted relationships with clients such as Medline, Docusign, and Danone North America. Known for his steady leadership style and thoughtful approach to project delivery, Giacomo brings a disciplined, solution-oriented mindset to every phase of construction. He played a key role in expanding Redmond’s presence in Denver, spending two years leading the local project management team and supporting strategic initiatives across multiple markets before returning to Chicago. His ability to navigate complexity while fostering strong client and team relationships continues to make a meaningful impact across the organization.
Elliot joined Redmond in 2019 and has been a driving force behind our most notable tenant interior projects, cultivating long-standing client partnerships with organizations including Northwestern Mutual, Monroe Capital, and Stout. Elliot consistently seeks ways to elevate project outcomes and operational efficiency, and is highly regarded for his attention to detail, client-first mindset, and process-driven approach. A respected mentor and leader, he has played an important role in developing junior team members and strengthening Redmond’s project delivery capabilities.
