Take a Look: Global Financial Firm’s Chicago Office is a Stunner

Redmond is proud to announce the completion of a new workplace for a global financial firm at 150 N Riverside! In partnership with SmithGroup, we delivered a modern space where every employee can enjoy stunning views of downtown Chicago.

Curved wood ceilings echo the movement of the River, bringing a sense of flow and connection throughout the workplace. Equal-sized private offices are grouped at the center, while open and common areas line the perimeter, reflecting the firm’s commitment to equity and shared access to views. The break room, overlooking the River, captures one of the most striking views in all of Chicago.

Kudos to Redmond’s project team - Liza Camacho, Xiao He, and Jeff Curry - for bringing this vision to life, and to our additional project partners at WSP, Riverside Investment and Development, and Dancker for their collaboration.
