With a passion for the built environment, Kristen is a strategic leader who has played a key role in driving Redmond’s brand evolution and record-breaking growth. Since joining Redmond in 2021, Kristen has played a pivotal role in the company’s growth, building the marketing and business development functions from the ground up and contributing significantly to revenue expansion. She has driven new business, strengthened the firm’s market position, and aligned stakeholders to support continued success.
As Chief of Staff, Kristen serves as a strategic partner to the executive leadership team, helping transform vision into execution for the organization’s most critical initiatives. She focuses on setting and advancing long-term strategy, improving financial and operational performance, and increasing efficiency so the company can perform at its highest level.
She also sits on the Ambassador Board for Weish4Ever, a nonprofit that provides direct financial assistance to adolescents and young adults battling cancer.
Did you know? Kristen grew up on Lake St. Clair in Michigan and started riding stand-up jetskis at the age of four.
