Redmond recently collaborated with HED on the buildout of River North’s Petite Edith. Crafted by renowned Michelin-Star Chef and Esmé owner, Jenner Tomaska, and his wife, the Midwest bistro concept provides a larger dining room to be able to accommodate more guests in a comfortable setting. This welcoming space features a central, full service bar, private dinning space, and a full grade commercial kitchen.
