The Harry Potter Shop is a high-profile project that showcases a range of intricate and interactive construction elements, including a maze-patterned floor, prop replicas, a wand shop, a full-service Butterbeer bar, and a Goblet of Fire. At approximately 22,000 RSF, the Chicago store is just the third of its kind to exist in the world, and required a great deal of technical expertise and coordination throughout the design and construction process.
