Redmond completed the full floor buildout of global law firm BakerHostetler’s new office, which relocated the firm within its existing building in Chicago’s Central Business District. The second generation buildout features a high-end design that finished at nearly $300/RSF. Security and privacy were driving factors in the design and construction, and the office is equipped to enable staff to interact with clients across the globe.
