Kevin joins Redmond as Project Manager II, bringing more than a decade of commercial construction experience, with a diverse portfolio spanning commercial interiors, institutional, retail, and healthcare projects. Throughout his career, Kevin has worked with notable clients including ComEd, Chase, Walgreens, and Cook County.
Andrew joins Redmond as Project Engineer II boasting experience across commercial tenant improvement projects, bringing a strong background in both preconstruction and field operations. He has supported projects from early bidding through completion, with a knack for cost analysis, scope alignment, bid leveling, and project coordination. He has worked with many notable clients including IKEA, Howard & Howard, and Fidelity .
Miguel joins Redmond as Assistant Superintendent with more than 20 years of hands-on construction experience and a strong background in commercial construction and field operations. His experience spans data centers, healthcare facilities, federal buildings, and other complex commercial projects, where he has led crews, coordinated trades, and helped keep projects moving safely and efficiently.
