Alana has over a decade of experience in the industry, bringing deep experience in corporate interiors and amenity buildouts. Throughout her career, she has successfully partnered with respected clients including Northern Trust, RSM, and Wintrust, delivering high-quality spaces safely and efficiently.
Ethically-driven and a team player at heart, Alana is known for her ability to align teams, clients, and partners toward a shared vision.

With $100 million in managed construction projects over the past 5 years, Jake is a proven leader in Chicago’s commercial construction industry. He thrives on solving complex challenges and bringing creative design visions to life.
Jake’s passion for construction began early, working hands-on as a carpenter and laborer before moving into project management. He has a particular appreciation for buildouts within historic buildings dating back to the late 1800s, including work for clients such as Waste Management, Bartlit Beck, and Kimberly Clark.
Driven by the belief that anything is possible with enough hard work and effort, Jake brings an optimistic, solution-oriented approach to every project he leads.
