With $100 million in managed construction projects over the past 5 years, Jake is a proven leader in Chicago’s commercial construction industry. He thrives on solving complex challenges and bringing creative design visions to life.

Jake’s passion for construction began early, working hands-on as a carpenter and laborer before moving into project management. He has a particular appreciation for buildouts within historic buildings dating back to the late 1800s, including work for clients such as Waste Management, Bartlit Beck, and Kimberly Clark.

Driven by the belief that anything is possible with enough hard work and effort, Jake brings an optimistic, solution-oriented approach to every project he leads.

Jake studied Construction Management at Ferris State. During this time, he helped a friend start their own construction company.

Did you know? Jake read all seven Harry Potter books within one month while in 4th grade. Rightfully so, he won reading month that year.
