Leveraging her industry expertise and market insight, Lauren will play a critical role in supporting the continued growth of our core business.
Macy Mueller
Macy joins us as a Marketing Intern. Recently graduated from Michigan State University - Eli Broad College of Business with her BA in Marketing, Macy prioritizes the delivery of meaningful results while maintaining a strong focus on collaboration and communication. At Redmond, Macy will provide critical support to the Marketing Team as our firm continues to scale and evolve.
Marty joins us as Senior Superintendent, boasting over 40 years of construction experience. Marty brings a proven track record of delivering large, complex projects on schedule and within budget. Driven by performance, reliability, and high-quality results, Marty’s experience includes supervising projects exceeding 400,000 square feet. He holds a strong focus on cost containment, constructability, and problem solving, serving as a strong leader for our team.
Frank joins us as Superintendent II bringing nearly 8 years of field experience to the team. Experienced in leading cross-functional teams, maintaining constricted schedules, and ensuring top-tier quality and safety standards, Frank makes a great addition to our team.
Mminika Effiong joins us as Project Engineer II. Mminika began her career on the design side before entering the commercial construction space. She has experience across financial, healthcare, and hospitality sectors, where she has completed projects with notable clients such as Northern Trust and Tishman Speyer.
Ammar joins us as Project Manager I. Ammar built the foundation of his career in estimating before transitioning to project management. Ammar brings more than a decade of industry experience to the team alongside an expansive portfolio of projects in the residential, government, and healthcare sectors—encompassing over $2,000,000,000 in project value.
