An Incredible Transformation: Redmond Delivers IMRF’s Expansive Workplace
We’re excited to announce the completion of the 80,000 SF buildout of Illinois Municipal Retirement Fund’s (IMRF) workplace at 800 Commerce Drive in Oak Brook, delivered in collaboration with EWP Architects and Cushman & Wakefield.
Spanning two floors, the new space reflects IMRF's long-standing commitment to service, operational excellence, and care for its members.
The space is designed to support that mission from the moment visitors arrive—providing clear, direct access for meeting with advisors, attending board meetings, and engaging with the IMRF team in an environment that feels open and welcoming.
Featuring large, flexible gathering areas, a mix of private offices and open workstations, and a dedicated data center, the workplace supports collaboration and efficiency across departments. The space also includes two cafes, light-filled areas, and a fitness center to further enhance the employee experience.
