Recently Completed: Duff & Phelps

Redmond recently completed the full floor buildout of Duff & Phelps Investment Management's new Chicago office at 10 S. Wacker. Brad Malouf and Johnny Kopach partnered with the talented team at HKS to deliver a breathtaking office that places Duff & Phelps brand at the forefront. The workplace features a mix of private offices and conferencing areas as well as a trading room, with special design moments integrated throughout that creatively pay homage to the storied history and commendable standing of Duff & Phelps in the investment management industry.
