Redmond completed the buildout of Duff & Phelps’ new Chicago office. The well respected investment management firm has been headquartered in Chicago since 1932. The new office is thoughtfully designed to commemorate Duff & Phelps’ remarkable history and strong reputation, with design inspired by themes of trusted reliability, timeless sophistication, and distinctive quality. The space features a mix of working areas and conference rooms as well as a trading room, boardroom, break area, lounge, and library.
