Victoria brings more than two decades of experience leading large-scale, complex projects, particularly in healthcare, life sciences, and laboratory facilities. She has successfully delivered over $1.8 billion in healthcare, lab, and cleanroom spaces for industry leaders such as UC Health, HCA, UCSF, Stanford, Sutter Health, UC Davis Kaiser, Agilent, Google, Entegris, AGC Biologics, Microsoft, and more.

Victoria is recognized as an industry thought leader. She has been a featured speaker at Advancing Preconstruction and Integrated Project Delivery conferences since 2018, sharing insights on healthcare, lab, and cleanroom construction project design, delivery and execution. In addition to her hands-on experience, she is involved in various industry organizations and extracurriculars that display her commitment to empowering the next generation and professional development. She is an active member of the International Society for Pharmaceutical Engineering (ISPE), an advocate and trainer for Lean Construction, and assists with the Construction Means & Methods Class at Colorado State University.
