Steve has over 25 years of experience in the construction industry. He began his career as a concrete and sitework laborer before working his way up to Foreman, and then Superintendent.

He has successfully overseen projects across diverse sectors, including science & technology, healthcare, higher education, and municipal facilities.

Steve is highly skilled in quality control and assurance, with proven success delivering projects in regulated environments and involving critical infrastructure.

Most recently, he oversaw the production line addition at an operational Oligonucleotide cGMP facility, managing critical and complex scopes while ensuring compliance with FDA cGMP licensing requirements.
