Please join us in welcoming Gwen Kaminskas, Redmond’s first in-house Director of Human Resources!

Gwen brings over 15 years of experience in the AEC and professional services industries, where she has successfully built HR teams from the ground up and supported complex business operations within large global organizations. She holds both PHR (Professional in Human Resources) and SHRM (Society for Human Resource Management) certifications, reflecting her expertise and commitment to her role.

Known for her creative problem-solving, emotional intelligence, and sound judgment, Gwen approaches her work with professionalism and integrity. As our Director of Human Resources, she will play a key role in ensuring we maintain our high standards for talent, culture, and employee experience, supporting our continued excellence for clients and staff alike.
