Welcome Dan, Ismail, Isaac, and Ryan!

Dan Dikic joins us as Senior Superintendent. With nearly 25 years of experience in the Chicago construction industry, Dan has overseen a wide range of project types. His diverse portfolio includes workplace, retail, data centers, landlord redevelopment, and life sciences projects, and he has collaborated with notable clients such as Motorola, Charles Schwab, and DULY Health Care. Dan brings a hands-on, solutions-focused approach that has contributed to his strong track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.

Ismail Suleiman joins us as Project Engineer II. With hands-on experience as both an Estimator and Project Engineer, Jack has worked on projects for notable clients like Nexus Pharmaceuticals and Northwestern Medicine. His background in preconstruction and project management gives him a well-rounded perspective that adds value at every stage of a project.

Isaac Man also joins us as Project Engineer II, bringing with him previous experience as a Project Engineer at a construction and restoration company. As a true team player, he has built strong relationships with trade partners, making him a valuable asset to any project team. 

Ryan Learas joins us as Project Engineer I. With a background in design and architecture, Ryan offers a well-rounded perspective to our Project Team. He has worked with many notable clients including the University of Illinois and Colgate-Palmolive. Ryan is detail-oriented and takes a thoughtful, client-focused approach to his work.
