Redmond Foundation Gifts $40,000 to CPS & CCC

This Fall, the Redmond Foundation proudly granted $40,000 to City Colleges of Chicago and Chicago Public Schools, with $20,000 going to each institution. These grants directly fund two initiatives: the Building the Next Generation Scholarship Fund at City Colleges of Chicago-Kennedy-King College, which is available to female students studying in the Construction Management programs, and Chicago Public Schools’ Career and Technical Education (CTE) Program for schools with a focus on AEC training

Our goal with these gifts is to reduce barriers to entry and provide opportunities for students across Chicago to pursue meaningful, rewarding AEC careers. Read more about the important work the Redmond Foundation is doing in City Colleges of Chicago's Donor Profile.

These grants were made possible due to the funds we raised our annual Redmond Summer Soirée held in June. Thank you to all who supported our fundraising efforts this year!
