Redmond Expands Presence at The Bell with Confidential Law Firm Award

We’re proud to share that Redmond has been awarded the 65,000 SF buildout for a Confidential Law Firm’s new space at 225 W Randolph.

Spanning the 24th, 25th, and 26th floors, the project will deliver 120+ private offices, an expansive café, and a variety of flexible meeting and collaboration spaces — all with premium finishes to support a dynamic, high-performing workplace for the global law firm.

This latest award marks a significant expansion of Redmond’s portfolio in the building. With more than 125,000 SF of completed and active work at the Bell, our footprint in the building is now the largest of any general contractor in the market.
