Over the course of his 23-year career, Tim has successfully overseen several million square feet of construction projects, ranging from corporate headquarters and law firm offices to financial institutions, technology spaces, high-rises, and mission-critical facilities. Tim has led diverse teams of project executives, managers, and engineers, implementing process improvements and delivering high-value projects. His proven ability to guide complex initiatives, coupled with his strong experience and commitment to mentorship, will position him as a driving force in Redmond’s next stage of growth.
