We’re making our mark at 1045 W Fulton!

Our team has now completed construction across five floors at 1045 W Fulton—delivering nearly 50,000 square feet of premium workspace across two projects.

Redmond partnered with a global law firm to deliver a precedent setting, two-floor office tailored to meet the diverse needs of a multi-generational legal team. When they expanded, they brought us back to build out spaces on two additional floors.

Most recently, we wrapped up a series of spec suites on the 4th floor, built to accommodate future tenants looking for high-quality, ready-to-go spaces.
