Recently Completed: Riverspan Partners

Redmond recently collaborated with Gensler on the buildout of Riverspan Partners’ new office at 321 N Clark. The design of the private equity firm’s office reflects its exterior environment, where the numerous bridges that span the Chicago River symbolize the firm’s mission to create connections and opportunities for its partners. Sleek and modern, the workplace balances open areas with private offices and features a state-of-the-art conference room and cafe.

The Redmond Team of Elliot Hilgert, Steve Santay, Alexander Floresca, and Neil Ebaugh did a remarkable job of completing this complex project on time and on budget to truly exceed client expectations.
