Join us in congratulating Johnny Kopach and Juan Melendez for their recent promotions.

Johnny was promoted to Project Manager I. Johnny joined Redmond in 2022 and instantly made his mark on the team. He consistently impresses team members and industry partners with his collaborative nature and overall commitment to client service.

Juan was promoted to Project Engineer I. Juan spent the summer of 2022 interning on Redmond’s Estimating Team before officially beginning in a full-time role. Juan’s commitment to excellence has been critical to his success.
