Congratulations Brenda, Susy, and Xiao!

Join us in congratulating Brenda Delgado, Susana Figueroa, and Xiao He for their recent promotions.

Brenda has been promoted to Senior Project Accountant. Her detail-oriented approach and proactive communication style have been instrumental in driving the accounting team’s success.

Susy has been promoted to Project Manager II. Since joining Redmond as a Project Engineer in 2019, Susy has excelled in every aspect of her role. Her transparency, problem-solving skills, and organizational excellence continue to set the bar high.

Xiao has been promoted to Project Engineer I. After interning with Redmond’s Project Team in 2023 and earning her architecture degree from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, Xiao joined the team full-time. Her attention to detail and eagerness to learn have made her a critical asset to the project team.
