With a passion for the built environment, Kristen is a strategic marketing and business development leader who has played a key role in driving Redmond’s brand evolution and record-breaking growth. She oversees all firmwide marketing and business development efforts and has been instrumental in positioning Redmond as a leading general contractor in the Chicago and Denver markets and beyond.

Kristen led the marketing strategy behind several pivotal milestones, including Redmond’s 2021 rebrand, expansion into Denver in 2022, and the firm’s 10-year anniversary in 2023. Under her leadership, Redmond achieved the highest revenue year in its history in 2025. Working closely with executive leadership, she helps shape growth strategy, cultivate client and partner relationships, and drive sustained revenue and market expansion.

Kristen’s passion lies in being a champion for the next generation of female leaders. She previously served as a Board Member for Female Strong, a nonprofit committed to offering hands-on programs, mentorship, and experiences that build confidence in middle and high school girls. She currently sits on the Ambassador Board for Weish4Ever, a nonprofit that provides direct financial assistance to adolescents and young adults battling cancer.

Did you know? Kristen grew up on Lake St. Clair in Michigan and started riding stand-up jetskis at the age of four.
