Jorge joined Redmond with nearly three decades of experience in the interior construction industry. Having played a leading role on dozens of large and complex projects throughout his career, Jorge brings a wealth of experience and leadership to Redmond’s Field Team. He has completed buildouts for various clients in the tech, finance, legal, and healthcare sectors, and his client list includes numerous notable companies such as Twitter, Motorola, Grubhub, and Live Nation.

As Senior Superintendent, Jorge provides oversight, planning, scheduling, and coordination of daily field activities for all trade partners, material suppliers, client vendors, building engineers, and property managers. He brings proven leadership and management skills to each project site, encouraging collaboration and team work in order to complete projects in a safe and timely manner.  

Jorge is highly respected among trade partners across the industry, as demonstrated by his recognition as ASA Chicago’s 2025 Outstanding Superintendent of the Year.
