Andy joined Team Redmond more than five years ago as a member of the firm’s Preconstruction Team. His depth of expertise and strong relationships with trade partners and clients led him to transition to the Project Team and become an active member of the construction process from start to finish. To date, he has been involved in the preconstruction and estimating process for more than $300 million of potential new construction in Chicago and its surrounding suburbs, involving more than 3.5 million SF of projects.

Andy recently moved over to our Denver office and transitioned back to the estimating side. There, Andy provides critical support to our growing Denver office with his extensive knowledge of all things preconstruction.
