Mike Caveney

Senior Superintendent

With more than 30 years of experience in the commercial construction industry, Mike has a range of experience successfully completing complex and highly regulated buildouts. He has managed construction projects for the Department of Energy National Labs, top-rated universities, and private research firms. His portfolio ranges from multi-million dollar ground up and renovation projects, residential, medical, life sciences, and education in both the public and private sector. As a member of Team Redmond, he most notably oversaw the construction of Human Capital Research Corporation’s headquarters in Lakeview. This complex $12 million project involved coordination between numerous trades and extensive planning and outreach with the surrounding community in order to convert a former residential building into a corporate headquarters and private residence.

To date, Mike has built nearly 200,000 SF of science and technology projects, totaling $74 million. Mike’s talents as a Superintendent had led to him receiving numerous awards for his work and approach to construction. He prioritizes safety on site and provides a high standard of client service in all decision making. Mike has cultivated strong relationships across all groups involved in a project, from trade partners to the client/owner, design team, and owner’s reps.
