Juan joined Redmond as an Estimating Intern after graduating from the University of Michigan in the summer of 2022 where he received his Bachelor of Science in Architecture with a minor in Civil Engineering. His ability to quickly pick up the tricks of the trade along with his enthusiasm for preconstruction and budgeting led him to be promoted to a full-time member of Redmond at the conclusion of his internship, where he prepared detailed budgets for a range of project types and developed strong relationships with trade partners, architects, and engineers.

Juan previously worked for the Chicago Regional Council of Carpenter Apprentices and Training Program and joined the union as a carpenter apprentice.
