Jeff joined Redmond as the firm’s first-ever Safety Director. He has 30 years of experience as a union carpenter, and his passion centers around educating others on the importance of safety in construction. Since joining the team, he has worked diligently to strengthen Redmond’s leading safety program through proactive training programs and continued education for all staff, from the field to the office. He visits Redmond’s projects sites weekly to ensure jobsites promote a safe, healthy, and accident-free environment while being in compliance with federal, state, and local requirements.

Jeff brings numerous credentials to bolster Redmond’s site safety, including Construction Safety 145-hour Certification, OSHA-30 Hour, Construction Health and Safety Technician (CHST), and Safety Trained Supervisor Construction (STSC).
