Redmond is thrilled to have been awarded the 11,000 SF buildout of Tarkett’s new Chicago showroom at Fulton East—a deal represented by Colliers. As just the second tenant to move into one of Fulton Market’s newest office buildings located at 215 N Peoria St., Tarkett’s new showroom will support the floor manufacturer’s expanding presence in Chicago and better connect the company to the greater interior design community.
We look forward to continuing to collaborate with Tarkett as we complete this beautiful space in time for the move in early 2022.
