Recently Completed: Tock Headquarters

Redmond recently completed the interior buildout of a 45,000 SF headquarters for Tock, an all-in-one system for reservations, takeout, delivery, and events that is owned by Squarespace. Located on the 5th and 6th floors at 320 N Sangamon, Tock’s Headquarters brings minimalism and sophistication to this first generation space while bringing the innovative tech company to the heart of Chicago’s flourishing Fulton Market neighborhood.

Designed by Eastlake Studio, the office features a monumental interconnecting stair that serves as a focal point of the project. Both floors feature a mix of open and private office space along with various conference rooms and a unique café.

Redmond also collaborated with Tishman Speyer, VVA Project & Cost Managers, and Cosentini Associates to complete this project. Redmond’s team was led by Brad Malouf, Liza Camacho, Brandon Haggerty, and Neil Ebaugh.
