Redmond recently collaborated with Charlie Greene Studio to complete the buildout of Applied Systems at 320 N Sangamon.
The new office—which is Applied’s first office in downtown Chicago—serves as a satellite location for the company, providing remote employees with a space to connect and collaborate with one another and engage in larger meetings in person while building community and conducting business. With flexible workstations, spacious conference areas, and various amenities, the office provides Applied with a space for recruiting, onboarding, internal events, team meetings, and client/customer engagement with a breathing backdrop of the Chicago skyline throughout.
The Redmond team of Bradley Malouf, Bob Kedzorski, Zak Kiepura, and Neil Ebaugh did an incredible job successfully building this one of a kind workplace. Thank you to our additional project partners CBRE Project Management, Cosentini Associates, and Tishman Speyer!
